Roslyn Webber

Leadership Development and Talent Optimization

Roslyn has worked in management consulting for nearly 20 years. She develops talent strategies that align with the business strategy, are data-driven, and can be systematically implemented.  The end result is a framework for constructing successful teams that empowers managers to unlock the potential in each employee and creates the culture needed to execute on the business strategy.  Her style is to listen, ask probing questions, then challenge leaders to think about issues in a new way.  A great day is one in which a leader has that “ah ha” moment of clarity in what they need to do and confidence in their ability to achieve it.
